    Four content hubs focusing on the Business, Machines, People and Customer aspects of AI will showcase over 52 end-user application based case studies / panels

    Six keynote speakers will present thought-provoking sessions throughout the show exploring and debating the BIG issues and themes

  • ACCESS-AI TV

    The mAIn theatre will host 16 interviews from the industry’s movers and shakers giving you an insight into the top minds driving this sector forward

  • Incubator Zone

    As the top technology companies fight to acquire the best start-ups and enterprise end users increasingly look to partner with the most innovative labs, 32 leading start-ups will have the opportunity to showcase their AI-innovation. A panel of investors will judge each start-up and the winner will awarded a cash prize at the Access-AI Awards. Start-ups will be invited to apply, and the final 32 companies will be nominated following a judging process.

  • AccessLab

    Six practical and deep diving workshops addressing key technical challenges and unveiling the latest innovation across key technology areas, such as deep machine learning, GPU and RPA will take place on the show floor. Benches mimicking the environment of research centers and labs will allow participants to get stuck into the ins and outs of each subject – a much more hands on experience. Each lab will be limited to 40 places on a first come first served basis.

  • peer2peer

    Six closed door peer2peer discussion sessions addressing the most critical and pressing challenges facing the industry. Each session will be limited to 10 attendees and on an invitation-only basis, by job role and level. This is designed to ensure the discussion remains relevant and valuable to the participants. These sessions will operate under Chatham House rules.

  • ACCESS AFTER DARK

    Five evening networking sessions will enable attendees to exchange ideas in a more informal setting and also create / cement valuable connections. Some of the activities included are an AI Welcome Dinner on the evening before the show, an AI Cocktail Party on the exhibition floor followed by the first ever Access-AI Awards, taking place to reward and recognise the leading innovators in this field. This will be followed by the Access-AI Awards After Party. The last day will conclude with the AI Drinks and AI Closing Party.

  • C-LEVEL DAY

    This invitation only day will include strategic and high level discussions and case studies to help C-level executives flesh out their future vision for AI, and get under the skin of some of the more bigger picture challenges facing those in the boardroom. The day will end with a private and exclusive Q&A session with two of the keynotes from the show, followed by champagne sundowners at a stunning venue. Once again, this session is by invitation-only for C-suite executives, and limited to 45 attendees to facilitate a more valuable and interactive set of discussions.

  • CHARITY RUN

    The AI Show will kick start with a 6K AI charity run followed by a networking sunshine AI brunch. This is open to all participants and is aimed at being a pre-show ice breaker. Registration and details will be released shortly.

  • THE EXHIBITION SHOW FLOOR

    The exhibition show floor (expo) will be packed full of learning zones, sensory experiences, networking opportunities with 1000’s of senior-level decision makers and innovators as well as plenty of meeting space. Other features will include; three cafes, one bar, one work zone, multiple charging stations, one premium lounge, one media zone and much more.
